How do I activate HealthPocket?
Activation depends on the card/program journey shown to eligible users. Users may need to complete required onboarding or KYC steps.
Can my family use it?
Family usage depends on program rules, card ownership, user eligibility and applicable issuer requirements.
Payments & Usage
Where can I use it?
Supported usage may include eligible hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, clinics and wellness merchants, subject to partner and issuer rules.
Why did a transaction not qualify?
A transaction may not qualify because of merchant category, program cap, offer exclusions, settlement status or issuer/payment controls.
Can I track transactions?
Yes, the digital experience is designed to help users view relevant transaction and wallet information where available.
Rewards & Refunds
When are rewards credited?
Rewards may be credited instantly, after settlement or after partner confirmation depending on active rules.
Can rewards be reversed?
Yes. If a transaction is refunded, cancelled, disputed or found ineligible, linked rewards may be reversed.
Are all payments refundable?
Refunds are governed by merchant, issuer, payment network and HealthPocket program rules. See the Refund Policy for details.
Security & Support
Does HealthPocket ask for OTP or CVV?
No legitimate support request should ask you to share OTP, CVV, UPI PIN or password over email or chat.
How do I report suspicious activity?
Email security@healthpocket.in with a summary and screenshots. Avoid sharing sensitive secrets.
How do partners contact HealthPocket?
Hospitals, pharmacies, labs and clinics can email partnerships@healthpocket.in.
